MEET STEVE

I'm a nonprofit CFO with 17+ years building the financial infrastructure behind organizations that scale — From a $1B+ federally funded R&D lab to a global nonprofit accelerator now operating across four countries.

My work sits at the intersection most nonprofit finance teams struggle to staff for: rigorous FP&A, hands-on federal compliance (2 CFR 200, FAR, DFARS), and the board- and funder-facing judgment to turn both into decisions leadership can act on. I've built grants management functions from scratch, redesigned budgeting frameworks for organizations with a dozen-plus departments, and taken accounting operations from outsourced chaos to clean, in-house, audit-ready.
